The first 100 days of an executive’s new role are critical in setting the path and tone of their leadership. Our certified Borderless coaches are on hand to engage with you for one-to-one support to facilitate rapid integration into your new corporate environment and to help you tackle the challenges of your new role.
We supplement interviews with a Personal Profile Analysis (PPA)1, a psychometric assessment. We assess a candidate’s strengths, limitations and motivations to complement our insights into behaviours and ways of working,
