Fran Jansen
Consultant

Fran Jansen has more than 20 years’ experience in human resources. She held senior HR business partner roles for more than ten years in several leading international companies focusing on recruitment, international talent management, career and resource planning, development, change management and coaching. Prior to these leadership roles, Fran gained expertise as a business development consultant in recruitment, search and outplacement. 

Born and raised in South America to Dutch parents, educated in Belgium, Fran has lived and worked in Europe, Africa, the US and the Middle East. This experience has given her wide-ranging exposure to international business. Fran is a sought-after speaker on HR management and regularly leads interactive workshops on intercultural competence. 

Fran speaks English, Dutch, Spanish and German and holds a degree in Translation and a postgraduate certificate in Human Resources Management.
